昨日的輝煌

       當(dāng)下，新冠肺炎全球持續(xù)蔓延，形勢依然不容樂觀，我校作為美國林肯中學(xué)的友好交流學(xué)校，多次前往該校開展研學(xué)活動，為表達(dá)我們對友好學(xué)校及其寄宿家庭的關(guān)心，也為提升我校學(xué)生的格局與境界，培養(yǎng)具有家國情懷、國際視野的未來人才，學(xué)校特組織參加過美國游學(xué)的同學(xué)開展制作明信片或?qū)憰诺姆绞奖磉_(dá)我們的祝?；顒?。同學(xué)們做到了用心參與、用情表達(dá)、用功書畫。
       福州教育學(xué)院附屬中學(xué)與美國塔科馬市林肯中學(xué)，自2008年締結(jié)友好關(guān)系以來，兩校開展師生交流活動。2015年9月23日在美國訪問的國家主席習(xí)近平參觀了塔科馬市林肯中學(xué)，欣賞了福州教育學(xué)院附屬中學(xué)學(xué)生與林肯中學(xué)合唱團(tuán)學(xué)生合唱的中文歌曲《在希望的田野上》和英文歌曲《世界如此美好》。2016年10月12日學(xué)校接待了來訪的林肯中學(xué)的121名師生，兩校續(xù)簽了《建立友好學(xué)校關(guān)系協(xié)議書》。自2016年以來我校每年暑假都遴選部分優(yōu)秀學(xué)生前往美國林肯中學(xué)開展交流訪問活動，豐富人生閱歷，拓展國際視野，提升綜合素養(yǎng)。

Dear Principal Erwin,
       I hope this letter finds you well！
       It has been more than four years since we saw each other. The scenes that I led my team to visit your school, students of two schools sang ON THE FIELD OF HOPE and THE WORLD IS SO BEAUTIFUL together in 2015, and you led your team to visit my school in 2016 always come back to my mind.  Every time I recall these scenes, all the wonderful and memorable moments move me so much.
       Since two schools signed the agreement to establish a friendly school relationship, our mutual visits and students' study tours have helped to promote exchanges and friendship between Chinese and American students. We have also accumulated rich experience and achieved good results about mutual communication . So, I would like to express my appreciation for you and your team.
       In the early 2020,  the COVID-19  broke out  in China.Under the leadership of Chinese government, we have made great efforts to get through the tough time and luckily, the epidemic in China has been effectively controlled and the situation is getting better. The number of new local infections of the COVID-19 is nearly  "zero" after two months of hard work. During  this  period,  we have  received support  and encouragement  from many countries and people.
       Through the news , we learned that the situation  of  the COVID-19  in the United States is severe. Teachers  and students  of our  school  are  very concerned about the development of the COVID-19 in the United States and we also want to know about the current situation in Lincoln High School. We hope that the COVID-19  has not affected  the staffs and students in Lincoln High School.  In addition, we want to know whether you need epidemic prevention materials. We will try our best to help you to overcome the difficulties
together.
       I think that the epidemic will be over soon and we will definitely win as long as all human beings work together. At that time, we will  continue to  cooperate  to deepen  our friendship and educate the young generations for a bright future.
       I hope two schools will build a bridge of friendship over the field of "HOPE". May China-US friendship last forever!
I sincerely hope the American people will defeat the epidemic soon. May the teachers and students of Lincoln High School be healthy and safe!

見字如面，展信如晤。
       一晃已經(jīng)四年余未相見，遙想2015年我?guī)ш?duì)前往貴校，兩校學(xué)生合作演唱《在希望的田野上》和《世界如此美好》歌曲，以及2016年您帶師生來我校參觀訪問的情景歷歷在目，每每回憶，刻刻精彩，時時難忘。兩校簽訂建立友好學(xué)校關(guān)系協(xié)議以來，相互訪問研學(xué)，促進(jìn)了中美學(xué)子的往來，建立了深厚友誼，積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，取得了良好的效果。在此，向您和您的團(tuán)隊(duì)表示感謝！
       2020年初，中國發(fā)現(xiàn)了新冠肺炎疫情。在中國政府的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，眾志成城、共克時艱，經(jīng)過2個多月的努力，中國的疫情得到了有效的控制，形勢不斷向好的方向發(fā)展，新冠新型冠狀病毒肺炎本地新感染人數(shù)每天基本為“零”。在此期間，我們也得到了許多國家和人民的支持和鼓勵。
通過新聞媒介，我們了解到美國的新冠肺炎疫情形勢嚴(yán)峻，我校師生都非常關(guān)注美國疫情的發(fā)展態(tài)勢，也非常想了解林肯中學(xué)目前的情況，希望疫情沒有影響到林肯中學(xué)的師生。同時，我們也想了解貴校在防疫物資上是否有需求，我們將盡力給予幫助，以期共渡難關(guān)。
我想，疫情是短暫的，只要全人類共同努力，一定能取得勝利。到時，兩校繼續(xù)深化合作與友誼，培養(yǎng)棟梁之才，共同搭建中美友誼之橋，在希望的田野上，讓中美友誼地久天長！

       學(xué)校的三十多位同學(xué)們用心用情用愛書寫信件，向原先夏令營寄宿家庭和美國同學(xué)送去了問候，給出了許多的溫馨提示，希望大家高度重視，戰(zhàn)勝疫情。

       請記得經(jīng)常洗手，外出要戴口罩，回家要消毒。

       How are things going with you? I miss you so much!
       It's reported that the novel corona virus in the United States is becoming more and more serious. I care about you very much. What's the situation in Tacoma recently? During  the special time, you'd better not go out. Wearing masks and washing hands frequently are the most common methods of epidemic prevention. But staying at home is the best way.
       Now we don't have to go to school. I have online lessons at home every day. So we have a lot of time to do what we like.

       據(jù)報道，美國的疫情越來越嚴(yán)重。我很擔(dān)心你。塔科馬市的現(xiàn)狀如何？在這個特殊時期，你最好不要外出。佩戴口罩及經(jīng)常洗手是防御病毒最常見的方法，呆在家中不外出則是最安全的方式。每天我們都在家中上網(wǎng)課，因此有很多時間可以做自己喜歡的事情。

       Especially at this time, you should keep calm, strict disinfection. If you go out, you must wear masks. Of course, I hope you'd better stay at home and avoid contact with others. If you feel bored at home, you can learn to do some new dishes or read a book, learn something new, etc. Listening to music is also a good choice, I recommend Kristian Kostov's songs, they are really OK.

       在這個特殊時期，你要保持冷靜，嚴(yán)格消毒，外出一定要戴口罩，最好少出門，避免感染。如果在家感到無聊的話，你可以學(xué)做菜，看看書，學(xué)習(xí)一些新的東西，聽音樂也是一個不錯的選擇。

       First of all, stop going shopping, camping and so on, you will have less chance to be infected with the virus. Second, you know, for over two months, most of us Chinese residents have followed our specialists’ advice. So by now the number of people who were unfortunately infected has sharply been cut down. Third, do more sports to build yourself up. Last, it’s important for you to wear a mask when you go out. it can protect us effectively. That’s all my advice, I wish it would be helpful to you.

       首先，不要隨意外出購物、露營等，這樣可以降低感染的機(jī)率。第二，在過去的兩個月里，全體中國人都聽取了專家的建議，因此中國的感染人數(shù)大幅度減少。所以，你們也要多聽取專家的建議。第三，堅持鍛煉，強(qiáng)身健體。最后，外出戴口罩是很重要的，口罩對于保護(hù)我們可以起到一定的作用。以上就是我的意見，希望對你有所幫助。
